Hey there! We're so happy you're here and considering (or already using!) one of our digital templates. Before you dive in, here’s what you need to know about how things work when you purchase from Love Online Designs.

We’ve kept it simple, clear, and respectful—because no one enjoys reading long, scary fine print.

1) PAYMENT DETAILS 
When you purchase a product from us, you can choose to:
* Pay in full up front, or
* Use a payment plan.

All payments are final—because our templates are digital, we can’t offer refunds or cancellations. Once it’s yours, it’s yours.
We do add a small fee for payment plans:
* 10% extra for 2-month plans
* 15% extra for 6-month plans
This just helps cover the extra admin and processing time involved.

Miss a payment? Here’s what happens:
* A 10% late fee will apply every 7 days.
* Chargebacks (when you dispute a payment with your bank) will result in a 20% fee.
* Continued non-payment could lead to collections and legal action.
* We’ll also need to revoke your license and access to the template.

2) ONE TEMPLATE = ONE WEBSITE
Each template comes with a **single-use license**—that means one purchase = one website.
You can’t:
* Share it with others
* Use it for multiple businesses
* Resell or copy parts of it for other projects
If we see that happening, your license will be revoked, and extra fees may apply. Not fun for anyone!

3) NO REFUNDS
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Thanks for understanding.

4) FONTS & IMAGES - Intellectual Property
Some of the fonts and images in our templates are licensed to us and can’t be reused outside of the template.
You can’t:
* Copy, edit, or sell any of the included images or fonts separately
* Use them for any other project beyond your purchased template
If you'd like to swap them for your own custom images or fonts, that’s totally fine (and encouraged!).

5) EDITING AND CUSTOMISATION
Our templates are made to be customiSed by you—easy to use, flexible, and intuitive.
While we don’t offer template setup or custom design (unless you’ve booked it separately), we’re here to support you if something breaks or doesn’t work as expected (and it’s not caused by editing or third-party tools).

6) TEMPLATE COPY
We’ve included some sample text to get you started—it’s yours to tweak and personalise.
Just a heads up: other people using the same template will have access to that copy too, so we recommend making it your own.

7) GIVING CREDIT 
We’d love if you gave a little shoutout in your footer like:
**“Website by Love Online Designs”** 💖
It shows where the website comes from and helps us grow and we’ll love you forever (and maybe feature your site as well!).

8) YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
When you buy from us, you agree to:
* Use your template ethically and legally
* Not copy or resell it
* Respect the licensing terms
We may revoke your license if there’s a serious breach, but we’d much rather keep things cool and creative with you.

9) LEGAL STUFF ( light version) 
We’ll always try to sort things out with kindness and conversation first. If a bigger issue ever comes up, any legal matters will be handled under the laws of Victoria, Australia (or your local region if you’re somewhere else).
